For sanitary and health reasons, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges, so all sales are final.
That said, if your order arrives damaged or there’s a manufacturing defect, we’ve got you covered. Just fill out our contact form with your order number. We'll take a look and help make it right as soon as possible. 💛

What size are your socks?
Our socks are designed to fit a range of women’s US sizes 7–10 or men's 6-9.
What sets Solairie apart is that we've worked with our manufacturer to come up with a custom sock which allows for a more generous stretch in the toe box and more grip coverage to accommodate regular to wider feet - something that is particularly rare in the Pilates apparel industry. This helps accommodate a wider range of foot sizes and creates a more comfortable, inclusive fit for those with regular to slightly wider feet.

Solairie is based and ships from around the Toronto area in Canada.
What countries do you ship to?
Currently we only ship to Canada and the United States. Stay tuned as we may expand in the future!
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
Occasionally we will offer promotions that allow for discounted or complimentary shipping.

We typically fulfill orders within 1–3 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, holidays, or other unexpected carrier delays.
Within Canada, shipping times may range between 7-14 business days.

All Solairie orders are shipped from Canada.
How do I care for my grip socks?
To keep your socks and grips in the best condition, we recommend:
- Machine wash cold with like colours
- Avoid fabric softeners as it can reduce grip performance.
- Turn socks inside out before washing to protect the grips
- Air dry only — avoid the dryer, as heat can damage the grip and elasticity
- Do not bleach or iron
